Sikkens PPG Proluxe® Cetol 1 Primary Coat RE (1 Gallon Pail - Dark Oak)
Cetol 1 RE is a premium, translucent, exterior wood basecoat to be used with Cetol 23 Plus RE.
Its superior oil/alkyd formulation offers excellent penetration and adhesion to a vertical wood surface.
Normally used as the first and possible second coat for the Cetol 1 RE- Cetol 23 Plus RE system.

Surface and Air temperature - 50*-95*F (10*-35*C)
Coverage -
Smooth wood - 250-350 sq. ft./gallon
Rough wood - 200-300 sq. ft./gallon
Drying Time - Touch dry after 3-4 hours, re-coatable in 24 hours, at 68*F (20*C) and 65%relative humidity. At temperatures below 50*F (10*C), or conditions of high humidity, the drying time will be extended.

All gallon cans will have a protective plastic ring applied to the lid ring for shipping. Purchases of 1-3 five gallon pails will also ship by Fed-Ex Ground in a special full protective cardboard container.
