Cetol 23 RE Plus is a premium, translucent, topcoat for Cetol 1 RE. It's superior oil/alkyd formulation offers excellent penetration and adhesion to a vertical wood surface. The advanced alkyd resin with UV absorbers offers excellent durability and protection for siding and other vertical surfaces Used in conjunction with Cetol 1 as a protective topcoat for exterior wood. Normally used as the last one or two coats in the Cetol 1 and Cetol 23 Plus system. May be used on Siding, Trim, Logs, Garage Doors, Entrance Doors and Window Frames. Usually ships in 3-5 days. Application:
Surface and Air temperature - 50*-95*F (10*-35*C)
Coverage - Smooth wood - 400-500 sq. ft./gallon
                 Rough wood - 200-300 sq. ft./gallon
Drying Time - Touch dry after 4-6 hours, recoatable in 24 hours, at 68*F (20*C) and 65%relative humidity. At temperatures below 50*F (10*C), or conditions of high humidity, the drying time will be extended.
